Stuck in lockdown in desperate need of a reference book for my daughter. The book was confirmed to be in stock, as per the website details and my purchase was completed over the phone in minutes. The icing on the cake was the owner/store manager, Hank, personally delivered the book to our home as a contactless delivery, also leaving a lovely gift inside (some "reading" socks). Hank, you're generosity and customer service exceeded my expectations. I wasn't up to leaving the house, so your assistance was much needed and appreciated more than you'll ever know.
